ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) is a 12-Step program that focuses on emotional sobriety.

Many of us were profoundly affected by the dysfunction in our families of origin, whether alcohol was present in the home or not. Consequently, we developed traits that helped us survive. Those traits saved us at the time, but have now come to disrupt our lives. 

ACA is a spiritual program, not a religious program. The only requirement for membership is a desire to recover from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family. Want to learn more? Visit a meeting or drop us a line!
